Three Judges Sworn in as Permanent Judges of Telangana High Court

In a significant boost to the Telangana judiciary, Justices Laxminarayana Alishetti, Anil Kumar Jukanti, and Sujana Kalasikam were officially inducted as permanent judges of the Telangana High Court.
The swearing-in ceremony took place on Friday afternoon in the first court hall, with Acting Chief Justice Sujoy Paul administering the oath of office.

The event commenced with in-charge Registrar General S. Govardhan Reddy reading the appointment orders issued by President Droupadi Murmu.
The ceremony was attended by esteemed members of the legal fraternity, judicial officers, and family members of the newly appointed justices.
Distinguished Attendees
Several prominent legal personalities were present at the event, including Advocate General A. Sudarshan Reddy, Public Prosecutor Palle Nageswara Rao, and Telangana State Bar Council Chairman A. Narasimha Reddy.
Also in attendance were Additional Solicitor General Narasimha Sharma, Deputy Solicitor General G. Praveen Kumar, High Court Bar Association President Ravinder Reddy, and Additional Advocate Generals Mohammad Imran Khan and Tera Rajinikanth Reddy.
Strengthening Telangana’s Judiciary
The appointment of Justices Alishetti, Jukanti, and Kalasikam is expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of the Telangana High Court.
Their addition to the bench will help expedite pending cases and reinforce the rule of law in the state.
