Hyderabad, Feb 6, 2025 – In a decisive move against illegal land encroachments, Hydra officials demolished unauthorized structures along Kukatpally Nizampet Main Road today, reclaiming government land originally allotted to an army employee. The enforcement team, led by Commissioner Ranganath, used JCBs to remove perimeter walls and other illegal constructions that had encroached on the property.

The 300-yard plot, located behind Nizampet Holistic Hospital, had been officially designated for an army employee. However, over the years, unauthorized constructions sprang up around it, making it difficult for the rightful owner to access the property. Despite multiple attempts to reclaim the land, the employee faced resistance from encroachers, forcing him to escalate the matter to Hydra.

After years of unsuccessful efforts, the army employee filed a complaint with Hydra, presenting evidence of the encroachment. Following an investigation, authorities confirmed the violation and swiftly planned the demolition to restore the property to its rightful owner.

On the morning of February 6, Hydra officials arrived at the site with JCBs and began clearing the unauthorized structures. The gates were forcibly removed, and the perimeter walls were torn down.
